Marzipan Baked Oatmeal

Marzipan Baked Oatmeal

You can double this for a larger size. I made it more as a snack. It will also be a little  more dense that the other baked oatmeals. **smile**


  • 2 tbsp Creamy Rice
  • 1 tbsp Quaker Oats Old-fashioned
  • 1 tbsp Nonfat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Torani or DaVinci Sugar Free Almond Syrup or 1/4 tsp Almond Extract (from baking aisle)
  • 1 tbsp Breakfree Egg Substitute
  • 1/2 cup Water (just shy of)
  • 5 g Slivered Blanched Almonds
  • 1/2 tsp Cream Of Tartar
  • sugar substitute to taste


Mix everything together with the exception of the slivered almonds. Place in a 4oz ramekin (smaller than normal). Top with almonds. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until top is firm.
